CEO

My mission and obsession is customer care and customer experience. My only job is inventing and innovating new ways to improve customer experience by ensuring my customers are receiving very low rates, we are meeting all their project needs and we are taking away from them all the admin stress and trust in our delivery A to Z. Most importantly, how do we avoid mistakes from happening and when they do happen, we deal with the problem fast and in the customer's favour unconditionally. Mark Johnson
Business Development Manager

Mark has almost 25 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, and Operations Management gained in the construction industry.  He has worked with a number of high-profile corporate organisations securing contracts worth millions of pounds in both the public and private sector.  Mark is highly motivated to grow the business and comes with a huge commitment to customer service excellence.  Mark is responsible for maintaining our impressive suite of accreditations and is our go-to guy for everything IT.

Tunde Oladele
Finance Manager

Tunde is a qualified experienced accountant who makes sure all client's invoices are accurate and all records updated fast. He is extremely helpful and patient and will go the extra mile to resolve any financial problem.

Ola Alonge

Ola is actually a very friendly and helpful gentleman.
His job is to evaluate and verify the information being processed 
across all departments.
Analysing system data and recent records, Ola ensures that all staff in the company 
are complying with company standard procedures to ensure we deliver great customer service
and deliver maintenance and construction projects on time. 
For example, he ensures our staff are updating our customers on job processes and 
ensures all customers incoming emails are responded to and ensures projects are completed 
by deadline and more. 

Ozma Khan
Supply Chain Manager
Well experienced, extremely bright and organised person
Ozma is in charge of our engineers panel. Her job is to ensure 
our engineers' qualifications and onsite cards are always updated.
Their locations and trades are also up to date.
Ozma is also in charge of dispatching engineers to jobs once 
they have been evaluated and planned out. 
Her engineers admire her and work in harmony with Ozma,

Adam is known by his customers to be extremely polite and helpful. Adam never lets his customers down, he follows up on their inquiries and reverts back to them quickly. Adam also has a great relationship and communication with his contractors and always obtains information from his contractors on the spot to feedback to his customers very fast.

Emmanuel is passionate about keeping his customers happy and has a huge track record of going over and beyond to help solve his customer's inquiries.

James is a family man with a great sense of humour according to his customers. James' passion is to keep his customers happy at any cost. James has proven on multiple times that he goes over and beyond to solve his customer's problems and all the way to help them with inquiries.

Fadi manages our team of professional builders during business hours and motivates them to produce great results. Fadi trains his team every morning on providing producing quality work and all aspects of health and safety.
Pawel Szewczuk
Electrician and Gas engineer supervisor
Pawel is fully qualified gas engineer and an electrician. He has 6 years of experience in both fields and now he manages team of our electricians and gas engineers and ensures our engineers RAM and work is carried out in accordance with NICEIC and Gas Safe current regulation.
Majeed Zadeh
Obres' out of hours supervisor
Majeed is Obre`s OOH supervisor with over 19 years of experience in plumbing, drainage, building and handyman jobs. He manages and supervises a large team of professional employees out of hours. Majeed ensures his team engineers attend emergency jobs fast and efficiently and comply with health and safety requirements.

What started out as a small family run business only providing coverage to London and Essex areas, the company gradually expanded and in 2020 became a  Limited company nationwide offering only the best services all year round.

Our Procedure

 

Our facilities are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, through any weather and whatever the circumstance, so our customers are always able to speak to one of our helpful advisers. Our team is known for working closely together to ensure that the customer receives a helpful audience which will lead to a co-ordinated and efficient service. From the moment that the job comes through, our team will activate our resources  to ensure that we are able to source a local engineer to attend the site and at the very least provide helpful and knowledgeable expertise until our engineer can arrive. The progress of the job is then carefully monitored through to completion, with live updates of estimated arrival times relayed directly to you.

This email is to complent the service received from the plumber/engineer whom serviced my water heater this evening. I wish I could mention him by name but I forgot. He was so personable, welcoming and professional he explained everything he was doing thoroughly and aimed to repair the problem to the best of his ability. Even though it was late in the evening he did not rush the job and fulfilled all safety checks and investigated all potential problems with the water heater to make it operational. I was very impressed and grateful for the professionalism and care he demonstrated I felt it deserved to be acknowledged by his company. Very happy customer.
